Training

Training is essential to provide a quality program for the boys. All parents and volunteer leaders are encouraged to complete their training requirement. Knowing how to do the job helps make the job easier and more fun for all. Any interested parents can take any training courses. You do not need to be in a specific position to take a training course.

All volunteer leaders are required to take these 4 courses:

• Fast start (30 min)
• Youth protection (30 min)
• New Leadership essentials (2 hrs)
• Leader specific training (2 hrs 30 min)

Training is provided by the NWSC with live classes and online on the web.
